About us

Reformed Fencing (Reformed Corporation Pty Ltd) is a Sydney-based fencing contractor delivering across commercial, civil and residential construction. We're growing fast and moving into larger-scale projects with tier 2 and tier 3 builders.

About the role

You'll own the estimating and quoting function end to end: interpreting architectural plans, quantifying our scope, and managing tenders from the builder's first RFQ through to award and handover. It's a role for someone who reads drawings accurately and communicates confidently with builders.

What you'll be doing
Reviewing architectural and civil drawings to identify and quantify fencing scope
Producing take-off reports and mark-ups using Bluebeam, CAD or Adobe
Managing builder RFQs, including raising and following up RFIs
Managing a portfolio of live tenders from first contact through to award
Coordinating and attending handover meetings with the operations team




Preparing onboarding documentation for current jobs and recent builder clients

What we’re looking for
Confident reading and interpreting architectural plans
Experience producing take-offs and mark-ups
Proficiency in Bluebeam, CAD and/or Adobe
Familiarity with construction software and industry terminology
Strong IT literacy across Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Explicit written and verbal communication — you'll be dealing with builders daily
Estimating experience in fencing, hoarding, or a related construction trade is highly regarded

$75,000 - $90,000 + super + bonus
