They support developers with everything from site and lot configuration to meet market demands, through to marketing strategy, database management and off-the-plan selling.

The Role:

This is a new role that has been created to support this incredibly busy Director. Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will take over as much of the ‘non-dollar-productive’ work as possible to free them up to run the various businesses.
Diary and email management
Attend meetings, keeping minutes and following up key personnel on deliverables
Being the liaison point of contact, interfacing between staff and the Director




General administration to keep daily operations smooth and efficient
Special projects and personal errands as they arise

About You:
You will be an experienced EA / PA or Administrator
Possess maturity and ability to act with diplomacy
You will be proactive, a solid communicator and love organising
Strong skills in MS Office, and experience with databases
Best suited to someone with a car and drivers license
