WorkPac Health and Social Care is hiring casual Youth workers to support young people in our care, with flexibility and a commitment to positive outcomes. You will help with daily routines, learning, and team-oriented planning, while adhering to program policies and safeguarding guidelines.

The role requires a NSW driver’s licence, First Aid/CPR, a Diploma in Community Services, and recent residential youth support experience. Expect regional travel and a weekly SCHADs-based pay system.
