The Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders and after sales via Phone, email or in Person
Greet customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Promote and sell products and services
Build and Maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Understand customers needs and providing them with the best solutions to meet their requirements
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals




Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm plus rotating Saturday mornings (4.5hrs)

What we are looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roofing or Building experience would be an advantage
Valuable organisational skills
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive problem solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
Basic computer skills
