The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experiencedHeavy Diesel Mechanicto join our Service team as aField Service Fitterbased out of ourRevesbybranch.Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing diagnostics, repair and maintenance services to our customers' equipment in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnose, service and repair Hitachi construction and earthmoving equipment in the field
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base
Complete and submit service reports and documentation in a timely manner
Ensure all work is completed in line with Hitachi's safety and quality standards
About You
Relevant trade qualification (Mobile Plant / Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent)
Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issues
OEM or earthmoving equipment experience is highly regarded
A customer-first mindset with solid communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
