Club Bradley is looking for a hands‐on Bar andEventSupervisor to elevate our member experience. This role blends operational supervision, event execution, and team leadership in a vibrant, welcoming environment.
What You Will Do:
Lead and Inspire: Direct, train, and motivate a small, dedicated front‐of‐house team.
Master the Bar: Oversee inventory management, including precise ordering and routine stocktakes.
Create Events: Set up, run, and oversee small‐scale club functions and member events.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a bar, club, or hospitality role.
Robust organisational skills to handle stock control and event logistics.
A positive, motivating leadership style that brings out the best in the team.
Flexibility to work rosters across our core hours (mostly 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
Weekend availability is essential.
This role is paid on an hourly basis in accordance to the award.
