Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is seeking an Operations Manager – Unit Support to lead a Unit Support Team and ensure effective service delivery to VICSES volunteer units.
You will collaborate with the Senior Assistant Chief Officer and the Assistant Chief Officer to maintain operational readiness and coordinate emergency management activities across regions.
You will also engage with local government and community partners, driving volunteer recruitment and retention, and contribute
