This position offerscompetitive remuneration and site uplifts, with flights fromBrisbane, as well asaccommodation and mealsprovided when working away from home.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, document, and manage construction activities and processes.
Implement and monitor project programs related to engineering services.
Drive team performance to ensure effective and efficient work outcomes.
Manage and allocate project resources effectively.
Develop and maintain strong communication with theProject Team, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure compliance withQuality Assurance, Environmental, and Safety Management Plans, as well as relevant regulations.




Complete required reporting forfinancial, operational, and survey aspectsof the site.
UpholdGolding's health and safety standardswhile promoting a safe work culture.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineeringor a related field (essential).
Stronganalytical and designskills.
Practical knowledge ofinvestigation, design, and construction of civil works.
Well-developedcommunication skills(verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Commitment tomaintaining a secure workplacefor employees, contractors, and visitors.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, Suretrak/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
Ability towork collaborativelyin a multi-disciplinary team.
Personalflexibilityto adapt to a dynamic work environment.
