About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing needs
Preparing service estimates and repair orders
Maintaining regular communication throughout the service process
Recommending additional maintenance and repair work where required
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
Meeting customer satisfaction and sales targets

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A professional and positive attitude
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
A current driver's licence
Experience with dealership service operations will be highly regarded; however, we welcome applications from motivated candidates with transferable customer service skills.
