Due to continued growth and the opening of our stunning new Sydney office in Mosman, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Executive Yacht Broker to join Australia's leading family-owned yacht brokerage.
This is a unique opportunity to represent some of the finest motor yachts in the country while working with an established brand renowned for integrity, expertise, and exceptional customer service.
The Role
List and sell premium brokerage and new yachts
Build and maintain relationships with yacht owners, buyers, and industry partners
Conduct vessel inspections and appraisals
Manage enquiries and sales opportunities through our CRM system
Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to settlement and handover
Attend boat shows, events, and networking opportunities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, marine, automotive, property,



or high-value asset sales
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and desire to succeed
Professional presentation and a passion for customer service
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
A genuine interest in boating and the marine lifestyle
