Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business opportunities and generate listings
Appraise, list, market and sell residential, rural and lifestyle properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
Develop and manage a robust client database
Conduct property inspections including open homes
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to all stakeholders




Execute effective property marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with all industry legislation and professional standards
About You
Hold a current Real Estate Licence (essential)
Hold a current driver's Licence (essential)
Have experience within the real estate industry or a proven sales background
Have solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Be highly motivated, self-disciplined and results-driven
Understand current Real Estate legislation and compliance requirements
Possess strong organisational and time management skills
Have confidence appraising and presenting both rural and residential properties
Be skilled, personable and community-minded
Embrace technology and modern marketing strategies
