About Us
We are a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary practice bringing together
Speech Pathologists
,
Occupational Therapists
, and
Early Childhood Practitioners
to deliver high-quality, client-centred care. Our shared goal is to empower people of all ages to achieve greater
independence, participation
, and
quality of life.
Unlike many larger organisations, our practice is
led by a Speech Pathologist
who understands the realities of clinical practice and regional service delivery. Our director is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the clinic, providing accessible leadership, supervision, and genuine support—so you'll never feel like you're reporting to a manager who is disconnected from the work you do.
We provide services to
children and adults
, supporting people with and without disabilities. Our clients access our services through a range of funding streams, including
NDIS, Support at Home (Aged Care), and private
referrals. This diverse client base provides
variety in your caseload
while offering greater
stability and security
for our team.
Our experienced
administration team
takes care of bookings, invoicing, service agreements, and the majority of administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing outstanding clinical care rather than navigating paperwork.
As a regional practice, we are passionate about
improving access
to allied health services. In addition to our
clinic-based appointments
, we provide
outreach services
to surrounding rural and regional communities, helping people access therapy who might otherwise miss out. A business vehicle is available for some outreach visits, or a travel allowance is provided.
We are committed to helping our clinicians thrive. Regular
supervision and mentoring
are built into your schedule, with dedicated one-on-one support from our director or a senior clinician,
speech pathology team meetings
for case discussions and shared learning, and quarterly
multidisciplinary team meetings
. You'll also have access to
external career development
opportunities throughout the year, ensuring you continue to grow in your career while feeling supported every step of the way.
