The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales / Fitter – Workshop Leading Hand to take ownership of day-to-day workshop operations while supporting sales and customer engagement.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who leads by example — managing workflow, maintaining standards, and delivering both technical and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations and job scheduling
Lead, mentor, and support fitters
Ensure all work meets high-quality and safety standards
Final quality control on completed jobs
Install 4WD and fleet accessories (bullbars,
tow bars, racks, lighting, electrical, etc.)
Diagnose and resolve fitment challenges
Maintain efficiency without compromising workmanship
Provide expert advice and solutions to customers
Quote and manage jobs from enquiry through to completion
Build solid relationships with retail and fleet clients
Represent the business professionally in all interactions
About You
Strong background in 4WD accessories, automotive, or similar
Proven workshop leadership OR senior fitter ready to step up
Confident balancing self‑on work with customer interaction
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team‑first mentality
