Alseasons Hospitality Staff is hiring experienced front-of-house specialists for bar, hotel and event shifts across Sydney.
We're looking for waitstaff, bartenders and food & beverage attendants who can step into different venues and deliver a qualified standard of service from the start.
What the work involves
Shifts may include:
Three-plate carry service
Tray service with drinks and glassware
Pouring tap beer and beverage service
Table service, food running and clearing
Event and function service across bars, hotels and corporate venues
Operating POS systems and processing customer transactions
You'll work across different venues, so you need to be comfortable following a brief, adapting quickly and maintaining service standards with minimal supervision.
What we're looking for
Previous front-of-house experience in Australia is essential
Experience in bars, hotels or events
Confident carrying three plates
Able to safely carry a loaded drinks tray
Experience pouring tap beer
Confident using POS systems
Current NSW RSA (required for alcohol service)
Professional presentation and grooming
Clear communication and strong customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and available for evening and weekend shifts
