We're Looking for an Experienced Duty Manager to Join Our Team!

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service while leading and supporting our team. You'll oversee bar, gaming, and floor operations, maintain high operational standards, and help create a welcoming experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff during shifts.
Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the venue.
Oversee daily bar, gaming, and floor operations.
Open and close the venue, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue policies.
Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels across all areas.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance.
Support the implementation of promotions, functions, and special events.
Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a quick-paced environment.
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
Current RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) Certificate.
Approved Manager or Licensee qualifications (highly regarded).
First Aid Certificate (desirable).
