The Southern Hotel is currently looking for a duty manager to assist in our day to day operations.

You will be part of an established team with set structures and standards. With a leader not follower attitude, The Southern has set the benchmarks in gaming, quality pub grub and live sport entertainment. Adaptable Rosters

On going training

Paid Extra for Public Holidays

YOU WILL NEED:

RSA, RSG, RMLV and license

A willingness to learn our way and then add your experience to the mix

Rotating roster including nights and weekends
