About the Role

Working for the business unit at our Archerfield, this position will be responsible for providing both in-house and field repair, plus maintenance support to a client base of Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction, Cranes, Generators and associated Earthmoving Equipment.

The essential tasks of this role include:
In office mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on Mobile Plant and Cranes.
Repair and maintenance on engine assemblies, transmissions, hydraulics,



and other machine-based components
Managing and maintaining service records for client machinery
Provide technical advice & support to customers and other service technicians as required
Perform preventative maintenance

The skills and experience required to be successful include:
A fully qualified Diesel Technician – Trade Cert 3
High-level problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work autonomously and maximise efficiency
A proactive and positive attitude.
A high standard of teamwork and intercompany relationships
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
A commitment to safety, health and environmental procedures
