Role: Pastry Chef

You will be responsible for producing a range of sweet and savory puff pastries, while ensuring top‐notch quality and aesthetics.
Pastry Preparation:
Masterfully craft a range of croissants, balancing tradition with creative flair.
Quality Control:
Monitor consistency and presentation to maintain our high standards,
ensuring the quality of each batch meets customer expectations.
Production Coordination:
Oversee the full production cycle from mixing dough to cooling, coordinating the baking schedule for optimum freshness.
Decoration and Presentation:
Glaze, decorate, and showcase pastries in an inviting display, highlighting signature items like the Dipcro.
Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Ensure equipment and kitchen areas are spotless and up to code. Clean and maintain tools to keep operations running smoothly.
Food Safety:
Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards in everything you do.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a fast‐paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Proficient in food safety standards.
