Aston Advantage is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a team of 15 trades on a mine site. The ideal candidate will have proven workshop leadership experience and prior work on mining projects, with a track record of operating safely and efficiently.
The role is permanent, with Monday to Friday duties and access to full camp facilities, operating on a 9-day fortnight. Applicants must hold a trade certificate and be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
