Auto & General is hiring Home Claims Consultants in Kawana to support customers through the home insurance claims journey. The role is permanent full time (37.5 hours) with a rotating schedule and Saturday shifts every 7–8 weeks, starting Monday 24 August ****.
You'll be the frontline, delivering guidance, updates and empathetic service through a complex process. You'll review reports from builders/engineers, make decisions per guidelines, and work with a team to achieve optimal outcomes.
