As a Certificate III Business trainee, you'll play a vital role within a supportive office environment.
This is your chance to gain a
Certificate III in Business (BSB*****)
- while working full time and getting paid. You'll be supported every step of the way in a real workplace setting that values growth and development.

You will be the first point of contact for LTBS including phone calls, emails and reception duties - we want your high-level customer service skills to shine.
Manage incoming mail and email correspondence & action or distribute accordingly.
You will learn how to coordinate the residential invoicing process.
You will also coordinate the Start Work Notice (SWN) process for the residential team.




Your attention to detail is of the utmost importance - you will be sending out Certificates of Likely Compliance (CLC) at the completion of technical assessments.
You will also be responsible for sending out Building Permit & Notifiable Works letters.
Coordination of the engineering inspection process for the residential team.
You will also provide additional administrative support to the greater LTBS team.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong computer and word processing skills.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience in customer service.
A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
Ability to work within a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

Wage: National Training Wage applies.
