As aVehicle Mechanic, you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on awide range of heavy military vehicles, including 4WD's, trucks, tracked andarmouredvehicles, infantry personnelcarriersand evenarmouredtanks!
$49.21an hourplus super
Work38 hoursper week Monday to Friday and finish at 12 pm on Fridays

About the role
Conduct Maintenance tasks, including technical inspection and classification
Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines,transmissionsand differentials.
Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaces parts
Carry out minor body repairs and minor trim repairs
Test and repair electrical systems such as lighting,ignitionand electronic fuel injection.
Inspect vehicles and issue road worthiness certificates

About you




Cert III Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent level
Demonstrated experience to inspect,repairandmaintainLight,Mediumand Heavy vehicles
Mustpossessa current Australian State or Territory class C Driver'sLicense
You must be an AustralianCitizen and able tomaintainaDefenceSecurity Clearance
