We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team in our boutique hotel in The Rocks. If you take pride in maintaining high standards, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a team-focused setting, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Supervise and support the housekeeping team during each shift.
Allocate daily room assignments and monitor progress.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
Cleaning guest rooms and public areas of the hotel
Preparing and restocking caddy's for the day
Chemical handling
Reporting any lost property
Monitor, clean and restock public areas
Provide exceptional customer service to all our guests
Train, mentor, and assist housekeeping staff.

To be successful you will have:
Excellent attention to detail is a must!
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
Understanding of the hotel industry
Time Management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Outgoing and friendly personality
