Extrusion / Machine Operator [Day and night shift rotation, 4-On, 4-Off]

Tempz' is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure the productive production of high-quality PVC Pipe products. This is a hands-on role that plays a crucial part in our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

The main focus of the operator is monitoring the entire process, from the material dry blend/extrusion line and associated equipment to the finished product.

Monitor the entire process from the material dry blend/extrusion line equipment to the finished product.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

LF (Counterbalance) forklift licence is specifically required for this position.

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures





Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting

Must have Australian full work rights, as this is required for this position.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills
