Programmed are recruiting a Customer Service Officer to work for our client in Tamworth. As the first point of contact with customers, your number one goal will be to ensure that customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including addressing needs in person, by phone and email; you may occasionally assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment; and you will liaise with suppliers to support customers.
