Respect Gracemere Gardens in Queensland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our supportive team on a Part time basis. The RN provides secure, competent clinical care to residents within scope defined by AHPRA, reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager.
You will develop and evaluate care plans, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, administer medications, support resident wellbeing, dignity and independence, and comply with aged care standards.
