We are seeking a motivated Junior Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our growing Queensland practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in probate, estate administration, and estate litigation while working closely with experienced practitioners.
What you’ll do
Manage straightforward probate applications and assist with complex estates
Draft wills, EPOAs, affidavits and other court documents
Liaise with clients, executors and beneficiaries
Conduct legal research and support senior lawyers on contested matters
What you bring
0–2 years PAE in private practice or relevant clerkship experience
Solid attention to detail and a genuine interest in succession law
Excellent communication skills and a client‑centred approach
Ability to manage deadlines with empathy and professionalism
Supportive mentoring from senior succession lawyers
Clear development pathway in a specialised practice area
Team-oriented team culture and flexible working arrangements
