Randstad seeks a Manager, Claims Delivery – Life Insurance to lead an operational engine of 60+ specialists within our Life Operations unit in Brisbane. You will drive strategic direction, governance, and a culture of mentorship while delivering scalable, compliant member services.
You will oversee a hybrid Brisbane-based hub, manage 5 direct Team Leaders across claims, underwriting and member servicing, and maintain solid stakeholder relationships with regulators and internal leadership.
