They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of just ******* properties.
What sets this role apart:
Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (DOE) + Super + Commissions
Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends
Dedicated Leasing Consultant + Administration support
Flexibility for WFH (after settled in)

Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1-3 years Property Management experience
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Strong communication and time management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Valid driver's licence
