Change Manager
to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on implementing next-generation
Agentic AI

The Role
As the Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring AI initiatives translate into real business outcomes. Working alongside AI specialists, business leaders and delivery teams, you will help identify opportunities, prepare teams for change, and embed recent AI-enabled ways of working into day-to-day operations.
This is not a traditional technology change role. You'll be helping organisations fundamentally rethink business processes by leveraging Agentic AI to automate, simplify and enhance the way people work.
Success in this role requires someone who can bridge business and technology—understanding operational challenges, communicating the value of AI in practical terms,



and building confidence and adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organisational change activities across enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement.
Assess business readiness and develop change management strategies.
Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Communicate the vision, benefits and impact of Agentic AI in a clear and practical way.
Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and future-state operating models.
Develop change, communication and adoption plans.
Deliver training and awareness sessions for business users.
Support business teams during implementation and embed new ways of working.
Measure adoption, identify resistance and implement strategies to maximise engagement.
Work closely with AI specialists, delivery teams and executives to ensure successful business outcomes.
About You
You are a natural influencer who enjoys helping people embrace change. You're curious about emerging technologies and genuinely excited by the opportunity AI presents to transform the workplace.




You understand that successful AI adoption is about people as much as technology and can confidently engage with stakeholders at every level.
5+ years' experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Organisational Change.
Strong understanding of business processes and operating models.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Outstanding communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
Experience developing change strategies, communication plans and adoption frameworks.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational buy-in.
Strong workshop facilitation and business process mapping skills.
Highly collaborative with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Highly Desirable
Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and emerging technologies.
Understanding of Agentic AI and intelligent automation concepts.
Background in consulting or large enterprise environments.
Prosci, Agile Change or similar change management certification.
Experience working alongside technology, data or AI delivery teams.
