With several active projects and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Carpenter to join our team in a permanent full time position.
About the role
This is a hands-on role working across a range of residential development projects, from framing through to fit-out and finishing.
You will work closely with our site team, subcontractors and management to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
The position would suit a reliable Carpenter who takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for steady, ongoing work close to home.
Key responsibilities
Framing, fit-out and finishing carpentry
Reading and working from plans, drawings and specifications
Completing carpentry work across active residential construction sites
Coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors and other trades
Helping keep projects progressing safely and on schedule
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Following site safety requirements and company procedures
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Certificate III in Carpentry or an equivalent trade qualification
Previous residential construction experience
Strong practical skills across framing, fit-out and finishing
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
A current White Card
Your own hand tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
