The Opportunity – Lead Educator
We're seeking experienced educators ready to join our Buderim team.
In this role, you will:
Model inclusive, high-quality education and leadership
Support the team to drive learning excellence
Mentor and coach educators in daily practice
Contribute to a collaborative, professional team culture

About You
You'll be a outstanding fit if you:
Have a passion for inclusion
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)
Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Enjoy mentoring, leading and inspiring others
Bring warmth, professionalism and initiative to your role
Hold a current First Aid Certificate and Blue Card
