We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team at National Workforce in Padstow, NSW. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our key clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring our clients' needs are met.
What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
Effectively communicate client feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to shape product and service development
Accurately forecast sales and revenue, and report on key performance metrics
Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support the achievement of company goals
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in an account management or client-facing sales role, preferably within the labour hire industry




Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and deliver tailored solutions
Proficient in using CRM systems to manage account information and sales activities
