Drive Smarter Inventory Decisions at Lolliland
Lolliland is looking for an experienced Inventory and Demand Planner to take ownership of forecasting, inventory planning and purchasing across our growing confectionery business.
Using Netstock and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will turn sales data and business input into clear purchasing recommendations, then manage approved orders through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain demand forecasts in Netstock.
Incorporate seasonality, promotions, new products and customer changes into inventory plans.
Recommend purchase quantities and timing to the COO.
Monitor potential stock shortages, excess inventory, aged stock and supply risks.
Create and manage purchase orders in Business Central from placement through to delivery.
Liaise with local and international suppliers and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders.
Work with Sales,



Marketing and Operations to improve forecast inputs and planning discipline.
Develop reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory performance and supplier DIFOT.
Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier and inventory data across Netstock and Business Central.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting and inventory performance.
About You
You are an experienced planner who can combine strong analysis with hands‐on purchasing and supplier management.
You will bring:
Experience in demand planning, inventory planning or supply planning.
Experience in FMCG, importing, wholesale or a similar product‐based business.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Experience using an ERP or inventory planning system.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage orders through to completion.
Confidence working across departments and presenting recommendations to senior management.
The ability to identify risks early and recommend practical solutions.
A proactive and organised approach in a fast‐moving environment.
