Due to growing demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced full-time or part-time Occupational Health Doctor to play a key role in our mission to help Australians stay healthy, safe, and productive at work.
This exciting opportunity is based at our Newcastle clinic. You'll deliver pre-employment medicals, health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments for clients across the New South Wales resources, transport, construction and manufacturing sectors.

About You
We're looking for a registered medical practitioner who is passionate about occupational health and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key attributes, experience, and capabilities include:
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner and Australian work rights
Experience in Occupational Medicine (ideally 2+ years) or a commitment to move into this field
Rail AHP, RSHQ EMO/AMA, MRO, and Order 45 accreditation or willingness to obtain – support provided if not already qualified
Strong Clinical Judgment – crucial for effective decision-making and client interactions
Strong digital literacy and technical competence – KINNECT is a leader in technology-enabled occupational health; high comfort with digital systems is a must
Customer-Centric Mindset – a clear focus on delivering high-quality, client-oriented healthcare services
Team Player with Independence – confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Exceptional Communication Skills – capable of fostering clear, efficient, and constructive exchanges that keep teams and clients aligned
