About the Role
As a Property Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our Property Management Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough routine property inspections.
Preparing detailed inspection reports.
Liaising professionally with tenants and landlords, providing feedback and updates.
Assisting with leasing and tenant inspections.
Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
About You




The successful applicant will be:
Reliable, punctual and highly organised.
Able to manage their time effectively and work to deadlines.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures.
A robust communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professionally presented with a positive attitude.
Motivated with a strong work ethic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work Saturdays in lieu of weekday off
Preferred (but not essential)
Previous experience in property management or real estate.
Ability to speak Arabic preferred.
Reside within approximately 30 minutes of our Liverpool office.
