About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team atBethshan Gardens Residential Aged Care based in Wyee.
Multiple permanent part-time opportunities are available across a variety of AM and PM shifts, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.
Available Rosters
Week 1 & Week 2:Thu & Fri (AM) – 6:30AM to 3:00PM
Week 1:Thu & Mon (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM
Week 2:Wed & Mon (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM
Week 1 & Week 2:Tue, Wed, Thu & Mon (AM) – 6:30AM to 3:00PM
Week 1:Wed, Thu & Sun (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM
Week 2:Thu (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM

About You:
You're a compassionate, resident‐focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and leads with integrity.
You bring robust clinical judgement, confidence in managing care needs, and the ability to support others.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse
Experience supervising or supporting care teams
Strong communication skills and a warm, person‐centred approach
Understanding of theAged Care Quality Standards
Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope
Commitment to inclusivity, accountability, compassion and teamwork
