About the role :
As an Educational Leader at Shapes Early Learning, you will:
Lead the implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the




Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0)
and the
National Quality Standard
.
Mentor, coach and inspire educators to continually strengthen their practice.
Guide educators through the planning cycle, critical reflection and documentation process.
Promote inclusive practices that recognise each child's strengths, interests, culture and identity.
Foster respectful, responsive and secure relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support continuous improvement through Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) goals and reflective practice.
Build educator capability through coaching, modelling best practice and professional learning.
Champion child protected practices and ensure every interaction promotes children's safety, wellbeing and rights.
Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
What We're Looking For :
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Previous experience as an Educational Leader or strong leadership experience within an early childhood setting
Excellent knowledge of the EYLF V2.0, National Quality Standard and National Regulations
Strong understanding of curriculum planning, critical reflection and mentoring educators
