Neami National is seeking a Peer Practice Lead to support and lead Peer Workers using lived experience to improve mental health services. The role works within IPS guidelines and among teams to embed recovery‐oriented practices, governance, and staff development.
You will guide and mentor peers, collaborate with leadership, and participate in governance and improvement efforts while drawing on your own lived experience to empower others on their recovery journey.
