We especially welcome experienced workers and those with solid availability across multiple shift types due to current participant needs.
About the Role
You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants across Western Sydney, including:
Personal care & daily livingassistance
In-home support
Community access & social engagement
Must be available across a 24/7 roster. Would not be suitable for those with limited availability, school hour availability or evening availability due to our participants requirements.
Those who can do early starts,



and/or sleepovers highly encouraged to apply.

Valid NSW Driver's LicenceReliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
First Aid & CPRWorking With Children Check (Paid)
National Police Check (within 3 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
Full Australian working rights
Smartphone with internet access
(Willingness to obtain required checks will be considered.)
