About the Role
Manage and grow a Queensland territory with a focus on new business development
Identify opportunities across construction, rental, industrial, and related sectors
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors,



and key stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
Drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets
About You
Proven
B2B sales, business development, or territory management
experience
Experience in
machinery, equipment, capital goods, or technical sales
preferred
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning recent business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
Willingness to travel across Queensland and Northern Territory as required
