The Onboarding Officer plays a key role in coordinating thesuccessful onboarding of equipment, services, and team members to customersites. This role works closely with operations and commercial teamsto manage onboarding requirements, including customer onboarding platforms,employee details, service records, risk assessments, and other requireddocumentation.

A key part of the role is ensuring Kennards Hire isregistered on the correct customer onboarding portals and that allregistrations, licences, and records are kept up to date and compliant.

This role requires you to;

Coordinate the onboardingof equipment, vehicles, and team members to customer sites, ensuring allrequirements are met.

Manage customer onboardingdocumentation and portals, ensuring information is accurate, compliant,and up to date.

Work closely with SiteManagers, Project Managers, Business Development teams, and branchoperations to support customer requirements and resolve onboarding issues.

Monitor and maintainKennards Hire registrations across customer onboarding platforms.

Provide clearcommunication and guidance to internal teams regarding onboardingprocesses and requirements.

Identify prospects toimprove systems, processes,



and overall onboarding efficiency.

Uphold Kennards Hirevalues while maintaining a robust commitment to safety, compliance, andteamwork.
