What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
Previous retail experience (optical experience is highly regarded but not essential)The ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
Warm, friendly communication skills and a positive attitudeA collaborative, team-focused approach
Energy, enthusiasm, patience, and a desire to help others
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trading as required
Most importantly, you'll understand that every patient interaction matters and take pride in creating exceptional experiences.
