The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse role involving pick and pack, general warehouse duties, and supporting daily operations.
We're looking formulti-skilled team members(or those willing to become multi-skilled) who aren't afraid of physical work and take pride in doing things properly.
You will:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Follow transparent processes and safety procedures
Work as part of a high-performance team
Contribute to a clean, organised warehouse
What We're Looking For




Strong work ethic — you show up and give a full day's effort
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and take on different tasks
Positive attitude and team mindset
?No experience in fresh produce required— we'll train the right people.
Forklift License
Forklift licensepreferred but not essential
If you don't have one,we'll pay for you to get licensed
