Job Title: Junior Grounds Maintenance Hand – Future Team Leader

About the Role: Are you energetic, love working outdoors, and looking for a real career path rather than just another job? We are looking for an ambitious, early-career Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our crew based out of our Gregory Hills depot. This is an entry-level position with a clear, fast-tracked pathway to becoming a Team Leader. We don't just want a mower; we want someone we can invest in, train up, and eventually hand the keys of their own truck to.

Salary & Benefits:
Market-competitive salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience) + Super.

We will support and guide you to get your truck licence as you grow into a leadership role.

What you will be doing:
Lawnmowing, edging, brush cutting, and general garden maintenance.
Operating commercial grounds equipment (training provided).
Working efficiently within a team to keep local sites looking immaculate.

What you need to bring:
A strong work ethic, high energy, and a desire to learn.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on environment.
Must have a valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable vehicle to get to the Gregory Hills depot daily.
Long-term ambition to drive trucks and lead your own maintenance team.
