Dylan's Mowing is one of Queensland and New South Wales' leading lawn mowing and gardening brands, servicing thousands of sites each month for private, commercial, NDIS, Aged Care, and insurance customers.
About the Role
We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Coordinator to manage our main customer service inbox — handling around ***** calls and ****** emails/texts per day.
You'll resolve tickets end-to-end, from quick requests through to disputes, and chase overdue invoices on recurring accounts via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the main customer service inbox: calls, emails, and texts




Support customers with payments, job updates, and changes to recurring services
Update job records inJobberand billing details inXero
Chase overdue invoices via phone and email (debt collection)
Resolve customer disputes with empathy, aiming to retain customers
Escalate only rare, responsible, or sensitive matters
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in customer service, accounts, or collections (high-volume preferred)
Experience with, or confidence learning,JobberandXero
Confident handling payment conversations and difficult customers
A positive, helpful energy and a calm, organised approach under pressure
Comfort working across private, commercial, NDIS, Aged Care, and insurance clients
