Site Supervisor – Landscaping & Civil Projects
HL Landscapes is seeking anenthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisorto join our Sydney construction teams.
This role involves supervising landscaping and civil works across projects throughoutSydney, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This position requires aproactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills, a team-focused attitude, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality on site.
There may also beopportunities to work on regional projects for candidates willing to travel and work away.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reading and interpreting construction and landscaping plans
Leading and coordinating site crews
Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to specification
Maintaining quality control and safety standards onsite
Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape landscaping works




Managing & Recording daily site activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Skills and Experience
Current Driver's Licence
Industry White Card
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on civil construction or landscaping sites
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain a strong safety culture
Advantageous (but not essential)
Bobcat and Excavator licences
First Aid Certificate
HR Truck Licence
Trade qualification or strong experience in landscaping
