Job Description
Sana Middle Eastern Restaurant We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef with experience in Middle Eastern cuisine to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of traditional Middle Eastern ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques.
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Advantages Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum.

Task & responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern dishes following traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
Develop new menu items while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet the restaurant's standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.




Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when necessary.
Qualification & experience Holding an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or at least three years of relevant full-time work experience as a Chef.
Demonstrated experience in planning, organising and coordinating the preparation and cooking of food in restaurant or catering establishments.
Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
