Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Wyaralong.
Responsabilities:
Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of the project's downstream packages within a collaborative Design & Construction (D&C;) reimbursable contract model.
Accountable for managing commercial risks, scope changes, and contractual compliance, while fostering collaborative relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in collaborative contracting models is desirable.
Required experience: 5-10 years.
Degree in Law or Engineering, with training and/or experience in contract management.
High level of English (C1).
Be part of a globally recognised infrastructure group.
Work in a dynamic international environment.
Play a central role in shaping and supporting our Australian operations.
