You can put them forward for the position so we can commence the onboarding but note that they won't be accepted for the booking if within 14 days.
Friday 31 July ************** hrs Paediatrics $200 per hour - CMO/Registrar/SRMO Doctors who are approved for all areas of the Hospital may need to be re-allocated during their shift due to operational requirements.
Accommodation and mileage are not reimbursed for shifts at Hawkesbury.

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
